Invisalign Toronto

Invisalign® is the latest technology advancement that arms your dentist or Orthodontist with tools to help you restore your smile. It eliminates the need to return to the office for adjustments to the wires. Instead, you pick up your new aligner from the office every couple of weeks.

These precisely fitted trays make tiny adjustments to the positioning of your teeth. No longer will you need to worry about elastic breaking and misplaced wire. When your prescribed treatment plan is over, you will have a straight and natural smile you always wanted.

Using the latest 3D imaging technology, our team will precisely measure the inside of your mouth to determine what type of teeth misalignment you have. Once the assessment is done, Dr. Alireza Firouzeh and the support staff will plan to deliver the best results you deserve.

What exactly is Invisalign®?

Invisalign® is a treatment for misaligned teeth that was first introduced to the dental industry back in the 1990s. At the time, it revolutionized the industry as it gave the Orthodontist an option to offer their patients. The new treatment eliminated the need for wires and metal brackets attached to your teeth.

Instead, Invisalign® uses clear plastic (hence the name Invisalign®) aligners that are placed inside your mouth over your teeth. These precisely measured and crafted trays are worn for at least 22-hours a day. They are not permanently attached to your teeth and can be removed at any time.

Since they are removable, you can take them off to eat and enjoy your favorite foods. This is something that you are not able to do with traditional braces. You also can remove them to brush your teeth and to floss. Not worrying about food debris getting trapped between the wires and the brackets on your teeth.

Who would be a good candidate for Invisalign®?

Only a dentist or Orthodontist can determine whether or not you are a candidate for Invisalign® treatment or not by making an appointment for an initial consultation with our staff. You will sit down with Dr. Firouzeh, who will evaluate your teeth. They will determine the exact alignment issue there is with your teeth.

They will also determine the condition of each tooth, and they will be looking for signs of decay, gum issues, and several other abnormalities. To be a candidate, all decay or other diseases of the mouth would have to be resolved. Once all of the discovered concerns have been satisfactorily cleared up and you are a candidate for Invisalign®, the dentist will declare you fit for the treatment.

Benefits of selecting Invisalign treatment

If fixing your smile is a priority, selecting Invisalign® should be your next choice. Choosing this treatment has its benefits. The following are Invisalign benefits:

Micro teeth movement – Using small but precise movements of your teeth to put them back into proper alignment. The virtually invisible braces do the work, and no one can tell you are wearing them.

Very easy to use – Since they are removable, you can still enjoy your favorite foods, brush your teeth, and even floss, which is much better than traditional braces that trap food in between the bands and brackets on your teeth.

Extremely convenient – The aligners do not require annoying adjustments and other maintenance, so you don’t have to worry about breaking bands or brackets.

Total Efficiency – Invisalign® treatment delivers the desired results without adding additional time compared to traditional braces.
